B&B Pool Co. can provide complete plans in AutoCAD and specifications in CSI format ready for bid for any size project. B&B Pool Co. also performs turnkey design-build services for commercial pools. B&B Pool Co. will consult with the owners, assist in budgeting, suggest design criteria for specific sites and uses, prepare plans, obtain State of Michigan Department of Environmental Quality permits, negotiate variances or clarifications in governing rules, build the facility, train the on-site operating personnel, maintain continuing education opportunities, and service the facility after construction. Since B&B Pool Co. represents many of the manufacturers of the major component parts of the pool, factory warranty is handled locally by B&B Pool Co. — your in-state, on-site, full-service commercial pool company.
